Do you handle customs paperwork for EU shipments?
Yes. As an Authorised Economic Operator, our in-house team handles customs clearance, T1 transit documentation, origin certification and VAT and duty management, plus EORI number assistance and commodity code classification if you’re new to exporting.
Which countries do you deliver to?
All four nations of the UK, including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands (subject to ferry schedules), plus all 27 EU member states, Norway and Switzerland, directly across our primary markets and through our partner network in the Nordic region and Eastern Europe.
Can you move hazardous or oversized goods?
Yes. We hold an ADR licence for dangerous goods in classes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, and handle abnormal loads, construction plant and white glove consignments for delicate, high-value items.
How can I track my consignment?
Every vehicle is tracked in real time via GPS and telematics, and you receive an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) when your consignment is delivered. Our 24/7 dispatch and customer service centre is always on hand.
Do you offer warehousing?
Yes. We offer 200,000 sq ft of HMRC-approved bonded warehousing, with cross-docking, pick & pack fulfilment and real-time stock management and reporting.
